The author adds a variety of other subjects, including a brief history of the Philippines and its patriots (including Lapu Lapu, Jose Rizal, Emilio Aguinaldo, Manuel Quezon and Manuel Roxas), a section extolling Gen. Douglas MacArthur, a chapter on post-war Philippine veterans issues (particularly lack of recognition by the U.S. government), and brief accounts of Filipino veterans (which are not cross checked for accuracy).
